ผลของการสอนแบบหรรษาในรายวิชาการพยาบาลบุคคลที่มีปัญหาสุขภาพ 1 ของนักศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตร์วิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี สุพรรณบุรี

บทคัดย่อ

             การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง (Quasi–Experimental Research) ในชั้นเรียน เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนโดยใช้การสอนแบบหรรษา ในรายวิชาการพยาบาลบุคคลที่มีปัญหาสุขภาพ 1 ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ เป็นนักศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตร์ ชั้นปีที่ 2 ห้อง 2 ที่ศึกษาในวิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี สุพรรณบุรีจำนวน 88 คน โดยกำหนดเกณฑ์การคัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบคู่เหมือน เพื่อให้ได้คุณสมบัติที่เหมือนกัน ทั้งกลุ่มควบคุม จำนวน 44 คน และกลุ่มทดลองที่ใช้ชุดรูปแบบการศึกษาเชิงหรรษาเป็นกิจกรรมเสริมการเรียนการสอน จำนวน 44 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ ชุดรูปแบบการศึกษาเชิงหรรษา ที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นจากรูปแบบศูนย์ศึกษาบันเทิง (KEEL model) แบบสอบถามลักษณะส่วนบุคคล  และแบบทดสอบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนในวิชาการพยาบาลบุคคลที่มีปัญหาสุขภาพ 1 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ t-test

          ผลการวิจัยพบว่าผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักศึกษากลุ่มทดลองก่อนเรียนมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 7.66 และหลังการเรียนมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 13.38 เมื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนระหว่างกลุ่มควบคุมกับกลุ่มทดลองพบว่าค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของกลุ่มทดลองสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมี นัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001 ข้อเสนอแนะที่ได้จากการวิจัย คือ ควรนำชุดรูปแบบการศึกษาเชิงหรรษาไปใช้จัดการเรียนการสอนเสริมหลักสูตร เพิ่มเติมจากการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนปกติ เพื่อเพิ่มผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักศึกษาพยาบาล

The Effects of Edutainment Learning on Learning Achievement in the Nursing Care of Persons with Health Problems 1 Course of the Nursing Students at Boromarajonani  College of Nursing, Suphanburi

Abstract

     The purpose of this quasi–experimental research study was to compare the differences in learning achievement between two groups: an edutainment supplementary method and lecture only method, among the sophomore nursing students at Boromarajonani College of Nursing, Suphanburi. A matched pair sample of 88 sophomore nursing students was recruited into the study. The sample was divided into two groups: a control group and an experimental group, with 44 students in each. The research instrument was an Edutainment teaching method developed based on the KEEL model. Data were analyzed using t- test.

            Results of this study showed that the mean score of learning achievement before learning via the Edutainment method was 7.66, while the mean score after learning was 13.88. The mean score of the students who were supplemented with Edutainment methods was significantly higher than that of the students in the lecture only group. The recommendation from the research is that the Edutainment method should be used in extra-curricular activities to increase learning outcomes of nursing students.
