บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาภาคตัดขวาง (descriptive cross-sectional study) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินการรับรู้ภาวะสุขภาพ การรับรู้คุณภาพบริการสุขภาพ ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพของโรคไข้หวัดใหญ่ และวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยทำนายความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพของโรคไข้หวัดใหญ่ของผู้ปกครองเด็กในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก อำเภอท่าศาลา จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ปกครองเด็กในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กจำนวน 363 คน ทำการสุ่มคัดเลือกอย่างง่ายจากศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กทั้งหมด 28 แห่ง เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลระหว่างเดือนสิงหาคมถึงเดือนกันยายน 2563 โดยใช้แบบสอบถามที่สร้างขึ้นมาโดยเฉพาะ ข้อคำถามได้ผ่านการตรวจสอบคุณภาพมาแล้วโดยมีค่า IOC=.96 และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคเท่ากับ .87 ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน (stepwise multiple regression analysis) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้ปกครองเด็กเกินครึ่งมีการรับรู้ภาวะสุขภาพและการรับรู้คุณภาพบริการสุขภาพอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (ร้อยละ 52.30 และ 59.80 ตามลำดับ) และมีความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพของโรคไข้หวัดใหญ่อยู่ในระดับปฏิสัมพันธ์ (ร้อยละ 58.10) และปัจจัยเหล่านี้สามารถร่วมกันทำนายความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพของโรคไข้หวัดใหญ่อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติได้ร้อยละ 33.80 (p<.001) ประกอบด้วยการรับรู้ภาวะสุขภาพ (ß=.268, p<.001) การรับรู้คุณภาพบริการสุขภาพ (ß=.296, p<.001) ระดับการศึกษา (ß=.121, p=.007) สถานภาพสมรส (ß=.107, p=.014) ประวัติการได้รับวัคซีนป้องกันโรคไข้หวัดใหญ่ของเด็ก (ß=.138, p=.002) และ ปัญหาสุขภาพของเด็ก (ß=-.125, p=.004) ดังนั้นบุคลากรสาธารณสุขควรให้ความสำคัญเกี่ยวกับภาวะสุขภาพของเด็กและการให้บริการสุขภาพแก่ผู้ปกครองเด็ก เพื่อให้ผู้ปกครองเข้าใจและตระหนักถึงกระบวนการดูแลรักษาสุขภาพของเด็ก และควรรณรงค์ให้เด็กได้รับวัคซีนป้องกันโรคไข้หวัดใหญ่ให้ครอบคลุม เพื่อลดอัตราป่วยและภาวะแทรกซ้อนของโรค
