บทคัดย่อ
การบริการระดับปฐมภมูิเป็นการให้บริการแบบผสมผสาน ท้งั ด้านการรักษาพยาบาลเบื้องต้น การส่ง
เสริมสุขภาพ ป้ องกันโรค การฟื้ นฟูสมรรถภาพที่ช่วยให้ประชาชนมีสุขภาพที่ดี การดำเนินงานในหน่วยบริการ
ปฐมภูมนั้นพยาบาลวิชาชีพถือว่าสำคัญในการให้บริการดูแลด้านสขุ ภาพแก่ประชาชนในพื้นที่ อย่างไรก็ตามการ
เปลี่ยนแปลงของสังคมโลกในยุคปัจจุบันทำให้พยาบาลวิชาชีพต้องพัฒนาสมรรถนะเพื่อให้สามารถตอบสนอง
ความต้องการของสงั คมและประชาชนให้มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้นการพัฒนาสรรถนะในการให้บริการสขุ ภาพระดับ
ปฐมภมูในส่วนของสถาบันการศึกษาทางการพยาบาลต้องมีการทบทวนหลักสูตร แนวทางการจัดการศึกษา
คุณสมบัติและสมรรถนะอาจารย์ผู้สอนมีการออกแบบร่วมกันระหว่างผู้ผลิตและผู้นำไปใช้เพื่อให้ผลิตนักศึกษา
พยาบาลในยุคการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่สามารถดูแลสุขภาพประชาชนในหน่วยบริการปฐมภูมิได้อย่างมีคุณภาพ
