พฤติกรรมแสวงหาบริการสุขภาพของผู้สูงอายุชาวกูยในจังหวัดทางภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนามีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมแสวงหาบริการสุขภาพของผู้สูงอายุชาวกูย ตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้สูงอายุชาวกูยที่อาศัยในหมู่บ้านช้างในเขตรับผิดชอบของ รพ.สต. 3 แห่งในตำบลกระโพ อำเภอท่าตูม จังหวัดสุรินทร์ จำนวน 409 ราย คัดเลือกตัวอย่างโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นตามสัดส่วนเก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม 6 ฉบับวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุเฉลี่ย 71.4 ปี มีการใช้ระบบบริการสุขภาพทั้ง 2-3 ระบบร่วมกันมีการเปลี่ยนไปมาระหว่างระบบบริการสุขภาพทั้ง 3 ระบบ ได้แก่ ระบบบริการสุขภาพแบบสามัญ พื้นบ้านและวิชาชีพ ปัจจยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับพฤติกรรมแสวงหาบริการสุขภาพ ได้แก่ อายุ รายได้ การออกกำลังกาย การกินยาแก้ปวด การรับรู้ภาวะสุขภาพปัจจุบัน ความสามารถในการทำหน้าที่ด้านสังคมการปฏิบัติตามความเชื่อประเพณี และวัฒนธรรมด้านการดูแลสุขภาพและความเชื่อมั่นของผู้สูงอายุต่อระบบบริการสุขภาพผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้มีข้อเสนอแนะสำหรับพยาบาลชุมชนควรมีความเข้าใจถึงการปฏิบัติตามความเชื่อประเพณีและวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นเพื่อนำไปประยุกต์ในการดำเนินกิจกรรมการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ การป้องกันการเจ็บป่วย การรักษาพยาบาลการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพให้สอดคล้องกับวิถีชุมชนและเป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาระบบบริการสุขภาพสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ
