บทคัดย่อ
ภาวะเศร้าโศก เป็นปรากฏการณ์ที่สามารถพบได้ในผู้ป่วยมะเร็งระยะท้าย พยาบาลจะต้องมีความรู้และความเข้าใจถึงภาวะเศร้าโศกและปฏิกิริยาที่เกิดขึ้น รวมทั้งทราบถึงปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับภาวะเศร้าโศกการดูแลผู้ป่วยมะเร็งระยะท้ายที่มีภาวะเศร้าโศกนั้น ประกอบด้วย การประเมินการรับรู้และความต้องการของผู้ป่วย การจัดสิ่งแวดล้อมเพื่อการเยียวยา การส่งเสริมความหวัง การสนับสนุนทางอารมณ์และจิตใจ และการดูแลความสุขสบายด้านร่างกาย การช่วยเหลือผู้ป่วยมะเร็งระยะท้ายที่มีภาวะเศร้าโศกจะช่วยให้ผู้ป่วยได้ใช้เวลาที่เหลืออยู่อย่างมีความหมายและมีการเตรียมตัวสำหรับการจากไปอย่างความสงบ
