บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยและพัฒนาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการเรียนแบบร่วมมือด้วยเทคนิคจิ๊กซอว์รายวิชาการพยาบาลบุคคลที่มีปัญหาสุขภาพ 1 และศึกษาประสิทธิผลของรูปแบบการเรียนแบบร่วมมือด้วยเทคนิคจิ๊กซอว์ที่พัฒนาขึ้นต่อผลลัพธ์ทางการเรียน ของนักศึกษาพยาบาล ดำเนินการวิจัยเป็น 3 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัญหาในการเรียนการสอน 2) พัฒนารูปแบบการเรียนการสอน โดยนำผลการศึกษาจากขั้นตอนที่ 1 มาออกแบบกิจกรรมการสอน 3) ทดลองใช้รูปแบบการสอน โดยศึกษาเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนแบบร่วมมือด้วยเทคนิคจิ๊กซอว์ กับการเรียนการสอนปกติ (บรรยาย) และเปรียบเทียบทักษะการทำงานเป็นทีมของนักศึกษาพยาบาลก่อนและหลังการเรียนแบบร่วมมือด้วยเทคนิคจิ๊กซอว์
กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นอาจารย์พยาบาลที่สอนรายวิชา การพยาบาลบุคคลที่มีปัญหาสุขภาพ 1 หัวข้อ การพยาบาลบุคคลที่มีความผิดปกติของการรับประทานอาหารและน้ำ จำนวน 8 คน และนักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 3 จำนวน 135 คน และสุ่มนักศึกษาจำนวน 12 คน เพื่อประเมินสภาพปัญหาในการเรียนการสอนนักศึกษาพยาบาล ชั้นปีที่ 2 เป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ประเมินประสิทธิผลของรูปแบบการเรียน โดยใช้การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองแบบสองกลุ่ม วัดก่อนและหลังการทดลอง กลุ่มทดลอง (จำนวน 35 คน)ใช้การเรียนการสอนแบบร่วมมือด้วยเทคนิคจิ๊กซอว์ กลุ่มควบคุม (จำนวน 34 คน) ใช้การสอนตามปกติ เครื่องมือวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งมีโครงสร้าง เพื่อสอบถามสภาพปัญหาการจัดการเรียนการสอน แบบวัดผลผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน และแบบวัดทักษะการทำงานเป็นทีม เพื่อประเมินประสิทธิผลการสอน
ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ปัญหาด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนมีปัญหาอยู่ระดับปานกลาง นักศึกษาต้องการให้วิธีการสอนของอาจารย์มีความหลากหลายรูปแบบการเรียนแบบร่วมมือด้วยเทคนิคจิ๊กซอว์ ประกอบด้วย ขั้นเตรียมสื่อการเรียนการสอน ขั้นจัดสมาชิกเข้ากลุ่ม ขั้นสอน และขั้นประเมินผล ผลของการใช้รูปแบบการสอนที่พัฒนาขึ้น พบว่า กลุ่มทดลองมีคะแนนผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และมีคะแนนทักษะการทำงานเป็นทีมหลังการทดลองสูงกว่าก่อนทดลอง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .005
