ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการเตรียมความพร้อมเข้าสู่วัยสูงอายุ ของประชาชนอายุระหว่าง 50-59 ปี ในชุมชนเขตเทศบาลนครสกลนคร

บทคัดย่อ
ประเทศไทยได้ก้าวเข้าสู่สังคมผู้สูงอายุอย่างสมบูรณ์แล้ว ดังนั้น ความพร้อมของกลุ่มประชากรที่กำลังจะเข้าสู่วัยสูงอายุจึงนับว่าเป็นข้อมูลที่มีความสำคัญเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่อาจใช้ในการส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตเมื่อเข้าสู่วัยสูงอายุ การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการเตรียมความพร้อมเข้าสู่วัยสูงอายุและปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิต่อการเตรียมความพร้อมเข้าสู่วัยสูงอายุ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นประชาชนอายุระหว่าง 50-59 ปี จำนวน 214 คน ที่อาศัยอยู่ในชุมชนเขตเทศบาลนครสกลนคร ใช้วิธีการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบสัมภาษณ์การเตรียมความพร้อมเข้าสู่วัยสูงอายุ และแบบสัมภาษณ์ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการเตรียมความพร้อมเข้าสู่วัยสูงอายุซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบเชิงเนื้อหาจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสัมภาษณ์การเตรียมความพร้อมฯ และแบบสัมภาษณ์ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลฯ เท่ากับ .84 และ .87 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีการเตรียมความพร้อมฯ ภาพรวมระดับมาก รายด้านพบว่า ด้านสุขภาพอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ด้านสังคม ด้านที่อยู่อาศัยและสิ่งแวดล้อม ด้านเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมอยู่ในระดับมาก และด้านเศรษฐกิจอยุ่ในระดับปานกลาง ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการเตรียมความพร้อมเข้าสู่วัยสูงอายุโดยภาพรวม คือ แรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม (β=.541) ทัศนคติต่อการสูงอายุ (β=.329) การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี (β =.106) การศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ/อนุปริญญา (β=.081) การมีโรคประจำตัว (β=-.074) รายได้ 30,001–40,000 บาท/เดือน (β=.091) การอาศัยอยู่กับผู้อื่น (β=-.083) และการเช่าที่อยู่ (β=-.072) ผลการวิจัยบ่งชี้ว่าประชาชนมีการเตรียมความพร้อมในการเข้าสู่วัยสูงอายุ โดยมีปัจจัยหลายด้านที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการเตรียมความพร้อมฯ ดังนั้น ในการพัฒนากิจกรรมเพื่อส่งเสริมการเตรียมความพร้อมเข้าสู่วัยสูงอายุจึงต้องคำนึงถึงปัจจัยต่างๆดังกล่าว ซึ่งอาจมีความแตกต่างกันตามบริบทของพื้นที่
