บทคัดย่อ
พฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพช่องปากของเด็กวัยก่อนเรียนขึ้นกับความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพของผู้ปกครอง การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยภาคตัดขวางมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างแบบแผนความเชื่อทางสุขภาพกับพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพช่องปากเด็กก่อนวัยเรียนของผู้ปกครองในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 4 อำเภอวารินชำราบ จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี ผู้ปกครองเป็นผู้ปกครองเด็กก่อนวัยเรียนในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา จำนวน 303 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม ประกอบด้วย คุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคล แบบแผนความเชื่อทางสุขภาพและพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพช่องปากเด็ก วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ใช้สถิติไคสแควร์ การทดสอบของฟิชเชอร์ และการทดสอบสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์สเปียร์แมน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้ปกครองส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง ร้อยละ 78.22 มีพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพช่องปากเด็กก่อนวัยเรียนอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (Mean=2.10,SD=.44) แบบแผนความเชื่อทางสุขภาพโดยรวมมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับน้อยกับพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพช่องปากเด็กก่อนวัยเรียนของผู้ปกครอง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (rs=.204,p<.01) เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า การรับรู้โอกาสเสี่ยง(rs=.138,p=.02) การรับรู้อุปสรรค(rs=.183,p=.01) และปัจจัยกระตุ้น(rs=.115,p<.05) มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับน้อยกับพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพช่องปากเด็กก่อนวัยเรียนของผู้ปกครอง ในขณะที่การรับรู้ความรุนแรงและการรับรู้ประโยชน์ไม่พบความสัมพันธ์ ข้อเสนอแนะ ทันตบุคลากร หรือหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ควรกระตุ้นให้ผู้ปกครองพาเด็กไปรับบริการทางทันตกรรมทุกๆ 6 เดือน และควรเพิ่มกิจกรรมการส่งเสริมทันตสุขภาพแก่ผู้ปกครองของเด็กก่อนวัยเรียนในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาให้มากขึ้น
