Health Science Journal of Thailand (Health Sci J Thai)
The Journal emphasizes publishing quality academic works of any interested people, which are acceptable in the educational context. All accepted papers are reviewed by three reviewers who are expert and have experiences in the fields. Their comments are beneficial for the adjustment before being published. The editor considers different ways of comments. This is a double-blind peer review journal. (double blinded peer review)

Objectives of the Journal

  1. To collect and disseminate knowledge in health sciences
  2. To serve as a medium for exchanging knowledge in fields related to health sciences
  3. To promote and support research activities or publicize news related to health science research

Scope of the Journal

The Journal of Health Sciences of Thailand is a publication that collects and disseminates research articles and academic articles related to health sciences. This encompasses the fields of medicine, nursing, and health professions related to health sciences. The details for the subfields of the journal can be found in the TCI (Thai-Journal Citation Index Centre) database.

Each issue contains 8–10 articles.

Types of Academic Work

The Journal of Health Sciences of Thailand categorizes the following types of academic work for publication:
       1) Original Articles: This includes research articles that detail the research methodology, data collection, and data analysis leading to new findings (including meta-analysis).
       2) Academic Articles: These are articles that cover systematic literature reviews (evidence-based reviews and systematic reviews) or general academic articles (narrative articles), in which the authors express their views and opinions.
       3) Letters to the Editor: These are academic articles that express support, counterarguments to researchers' opinions, or comments based on knowledge and experience on health science-related topics.

Note: For original articles, ethical approval for human research is required, and the approval document must be attached along with the submission form.

Publication Charges
The publication fee is charged when the manuscript is accepted for publication in Journal of Health Sciences of Thailand. The publication fee is 4,000 baht. Authors are informed about the fee at the time of acceptance.

The paid fee is not returned to the author in any case.
