Abstract

This research is a research and development. The aims of this research were to develop the model process of activities support about hospital quality development by quality learning network in krabi province. Use questionnaire tocollect information from 45 hospital quality committees of Lumtap hospital, Koh-lunta hospital and Koh-peepee. Data showed as percentile, mean, standard deviation and difference test by t-test. The result found that before develop the model sample comment about activities support about hospital quality development by quality learning network in krabi province in high level including step 1-3 of HA. The process support of hospital accreditation in middle level is incident report, evaluation of the risk management program and safety, preventing and controlling the infection, care process review, measurable the result, 4th HA standard, safe assessment report, audit of safe assessment report, internal survey, and empower survey. The model of process support about hospital development by list. The model was evaluation by the expert have IOC in 0.92. The result evaluation score after model application was signification (r = -11.098, p-value < .001). and 2 hospital have progress in prepare toaccreditation and 1 hospital pass hospital accreditation. Suggestion for support to incident report continuously, knowledge management about 4th HA standard and empowerment survey in hospital in development process.
