ปัจจัยการบริหารและกระบวนการบริหารที่ส่งผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานของคณะกรรมการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตระดับอำเภอ จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยแบบภาคตัดขวางเชิงวิเคราะห์ครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยการบริหารและกระบวนการบริหารที่ส่งผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานงานของคณะกรรมการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตระดับอำเภอในจังหวัดอุบลราชธานี ศึกษาจากประชากรทั้งหมด จำนวน 525 คนจาก 25 อำเภอ เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาขึ้น สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ปัจจัยการบริหาร กระบวนการบริหาร และการปฏิบัติงานตามบทบาทของคณะกรรมการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตระดับอำเภอในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับสูงร้อยละ 49.14 68.0 และ 76.57 ตามลำดับ กระบวนการบริหารด้านการจัดองค์การ การนำองค์การ การวางแผนงาน การควบคุมกำกับงาน และปัจจัยการบริหารด้านวัสดุอุปกรณ์ส่งผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานของคณะกรรมการโดยสามารถร่วมกันทำนายการปฏิบัติงานงานตามบทบาทของคณะกรรมการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตระดับอำเภอได้ร้อยละ 72 ข้อเสนอแนะ ควรพัฒนากระบวนการบริหารด้านการจัดองค์การ การนำองค์การ การวางแผนงาน การควบคุมกำกับงาน และปัจจัยการบริหารด้านวัสดุอุปกรณ์ เพื่อส่งให้ผลดีต่อการปฏิบัติงานของคณะกรรมการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตระดับอำเภอ
