ระดับและปัจจัยทำนายการเตรียมความพร้อมสู่สังคมสูงวัยในประชากรวัยทำงานตอนปลายในจังหวัดนครพนม

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณแบบภาคตัดขวางศึกษาการระดับและปัจจัยทำนายการเตรียมความพร้อมสู่สังคมสูงวัยในประชากรวัยทำงานตอนปลายในจังหวัดนครพนม ขนาดตัวอย่าง 736 คน ดำเนินการระหว่าง ธันวาคม 2565 - ธันวาคม 2566 สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม คุณภาพเครื่องมือมีดัชนีความตรง 0.76 ความเที่ยง 0.75 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงพรรณนาเป็นจำนวน ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบอำนาจทำนายปัจจัยศึกษาโดยการวิเคราะห์สัมประสิทธิ์ถดถอยเชิงเส้นแบบพหุเชิงชั้น ผลการวิจัยพบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุเฉลี่ย 49.9 ปี การศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา สถานภาพสมรส และส่วนใหญ่เป็นเกษตรกรรม การเตรียมความพร้อมสู่สังคมสูงวัยระดับปานกลางร้อยละ 74.3 ผลการวิเคราะห์อำนาจทำนายพบว่าตัวแปรศึกษาทำนายการเตรียมความพร้อมสู่สังคมสูงวัยได้ร้อยละ 31.3 เรียงตามลำดับดังนี้ การรับรู้บรรทัดฐานกลุ่ม การได้รับแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม การมีสิ่งแวดล้อมที่เอื้ออำนวยและการรับรู้การกำกับพฤติกรรมตนเอง ดังนั้นควรนำปัจจัยเหล่านี้ไปวางแผน ส่งเสริมการเตรียมความพร้อมสู่สังคมสูงวัยแก่วัยทำงานตอนปลายต่อไป
