ผลการตรวจการดื้อยาในผู้ติดเชื้อเอชไอวี/ผู้ป่วยเอดส์ที่ได้รับยาต้านเอชไอวีในโรงพยาบาลร้อยเอ็ด: การติดตามย้อนหลัง

บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาเชิงพรรณนาชนิดย้อนหลังครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลการตรวจการดื้อยาในผู้ติดเชื้อเอชไอวี/ผู้ป่วยเอดส์ที่ได้รับยาต้านเอชไอวีประชากรศึกษา คือ ผู้ป่วยที่มี HIV VL >1,000 copies/mL เก็บข้อมูลผลการตรวจจากห้องปฏิบัติการ อณูชีววิทยา กลุ่มงานเทคนิคการแพทย์โรงพยาบาลร้อยเอ็ด ระหว่างวันที่ 1 มกราคม พ.ศ. 2559 ถึง 31 ธันวาคมพ.ศ. 2561 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ผลการศึกษาพบว่าผู้ป่วย ประมาณ 2 ใน 3 เป็นเพศชาย (64.36%) มีอายุเฉลี่ย 35.09 (SD = 11.23) ปี มีผลการตรวจ HIV Viral load เฉลี่ย 102,795.6 copies/mL (SD = 215,831.6) พบการดื้อยาประมาณ 2 ใน 3 (68.88%) ประกอบด้วย การดื้อยาในกลุ่ม Nucleoside Reverse Transcriptase Inhibitors (NRTIs) (45.21%) Non-Nucleoside Reverse Transcrip-tase Inhibitors (NNRTIs) (65.69%) Protease Inhibitors (PIs) (3.99%) ไม่พบการดื้อยาในกลุ่ม Integrase Strand Transfer Inhibitors (INSTIs) (100%) และดื้อต่อยากลุ่ม NRTIs (1.44%), NNRTIs (2.09%) และ PIs (0.13%) ตามลำดับ ไม่พบการดื้อยาในกลุ่ม INSTIs โดยสรุป ผู้ป่วยส่วนใหญ่ดื้อยาในกลุ่ม NNRTIs NRTIs PIs และไม่พบการดื้อยาในกลุ่ม INSTIs
