บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยแบบภาคตัดขวางเชิงวิเคราะห์นี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการตั้งครรภ์ไม่พึงประสงค์ของสตรีวัยรุ่นตามการรับรู้ของนักเรียนหญิงระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น อำเภอตาลสุม จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 395 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น ระหว่างเดือน ตุลาคม 2562 ถึง เดือน พฤศจิกายน 2562 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา นำเสนอข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน มัธยฐาน เปอร์เซ็นไทล์ที่ 25 เปอร์เซ็นไทล์ที่ 75 และวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการตั้งครรภ์ไม่พึงประสงค์ของสตรีวัยรุ่นตามการรับรู้ของนักเรียนหญิงระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น อำเภอตาลสุม จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี โดยใช้การวิเคราะห์ Multiple regression แบบ Stepwise ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการตั้งครรภ์ไม่พึงประสงค์ของสตรีวัยรุ่นตามการรับรู้ของนักเรียนหญิงระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น อำเภอตาลสุม จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี คือ ปัจจัยด้านสังคมหรือสิ่งแวดล้อม ค่านิยม ทัศนคติต่อการมีเพศสัมพันธ์ ลักษณะของครอบครัว และ การรับรู้เรื่องการคุมกำเนิด โดยทั้ง 5 ปัจจัย สามารถร่วมกันอธิบายความผันแปรของปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการตั้งครรภ์ไม่พึงประสงค์ของสตรีวัยรุ่นตามการรับรู้ของนักเรียนหญิงระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น อำเภอตาลสุม จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี ได้ร้อยละ 26.40 (R2=0.264, R2adj=0.254, SEest=5.164, F= 27.840, p=004) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 จากผลการศึกษาการวางแผนการป้องกันและควบคุมการตั้งครรภ์ไม่พึงประสงค์ของสตรีวัยรุ่นต้องคำนึงถึงปัจจัยดังกล่าว
