ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการปฏิบัติในการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมที่พักอาศัยที่เหมาะสม สำหรับผู้สูงอายุของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุข ประจำหมู่บ้านในสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้

บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาวิจัยเชิงพรรณนานี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความรอบรู้ ความตระหนักรู้ การปฏิบัติ และศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการปฏิบัติในการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมที่พักอาศัยที่เหมาะสมสำหรับผ้สูงอายุของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านในสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้เก็บข้อมูล โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม จากอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน จำนวน 555 คน โดยสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิอย่างเป็นสัดส่วน ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ความรอบรู้ ความตระหนักรู้ และการปฏิบัติ ส่วนใหญ่
อยู่ในระดับมาก ร้อยละ 58.19 ระดับปานกลาง ร้อยละ 43.06 และระดับมาก ร้อยละ 66.48 ตามลำดับ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ มีความสัมพันธ์กับการปฏิบัติในการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมที่พักอาศัยที่เหมาะสม (p-value <0.01) ความรอบรู้ และความตระหนักรู้ มีความสัมพันธ์กับการปฏิบัติในการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมที่พักอาศัยที่เหมาะสมสำหรับผ้สูงอายุในทางเดียวกัน ในระดับมาก และปานกลาง (r = 0.813, p-value <0.01 และ r = 0.547, p-value <0.05) ตามลำดับ หน่วยงานต้นสังกัด จึงควรส่งเสริมความรอบรู้ สร้างความตระหนักรู้ให้มากขึ้น ทั้งนี้ภายใต้การมีระดับการศึกษาที่พร้อมจะเรียนรู้ และมีเวลาว่างจากการทำงานของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน ซึ่งเป็นปัจจัยที่ความสัมพันธ์กับการปฏิบัติในการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมที่พักอาศัยที่เหมาะสมสำหรับผู้สูงอายุร่วมกับครอบครัวผู้สูงอายุ ส่งผลต่อการลดการเกิดอุบัติเหตุ และป้องกันการเกิดโรคอันเกิดจากการบาดเจ็บของผู้สูงอายุต่อไป
