บทคัดย่อ
การตรวจการได้ยินเป็นมาตรฐานสำหรับการตรวจคัดกรองการสูญเสียการได้ยินจากการทำงานให้กับผู้ปฏิบัติงานที่สัมผัสกับเสียงรบกวนในที่ทำงาน ความพร้อมใช้งานของการวัดการได้ยินควรระบุสถานการณ์เกี่ยวกับข้อมูลการวัดการได้ยินจากผู้ให้บริการ การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินความพร้อมในการให้บริการตรวจวัดการได้ยินของผู้ให้บริการตรวจวัดการได้ยินในประเทศไทย กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้ปฏิบัติงานในหน่วยงานที่ให้บริการตรวจวัดการได้ยิน จำนวน 30 คน การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา จากการศึกษาพบว่า หน่วยให้บริการตรวจการได้ยินส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในพื้นที่ภาคกลางและมีการให้บริการคลอบคลุมทั้งประเทศแต่จำนวนของผู้ให้บริการยังไม่เพียงพอ ผู้ให้บริการส่วนใหญ่มีแนวทางการให้บริการตรวจวัดการได้ยินอย่างถูกต้องตามมาตรฐาน ผู้ทำตรวจวัดได้ผ่านการอบรมและมีความเชี่ยวชาญในการตรวจวัดการได้ยิน ปัญหาหลักจากการให้บริการการตรวจวัดการได้ยิน นั่นคือ เสียงรบกวนที่เกิดจากห้องที่ทำการตรวจวัดนอกสถานที่ ซึ่งต้องมีการจัดหาห้องตรวจการได้ยิน ที่มีเสียงรบกวนต่ำเพื่อป้องกันการรบกวนในการวัดการได้ยิน นอกจากนี้หน่วยงานรัฐบาลควรมีการอบรมและขึ้นทะเบียนผู้ให้บริการด้านการตรวจวัดการได้ยินเพื่อนำไปสู่มาตรฐานการให้บริการตรวจการได้ยิน
