ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพกับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรน่า 2019 ของประชากรวัยแรงงานในจังหวัดนครราชสีมา

บทคัดย่อ
โรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรน่า 2019 เป็นโรคอุบัติใหม่ปัจจุบันมีการแพร่ระบาดทั่วโลกรวมถึงประเทศไทยที่ส่งผลให้เกิดการเจ็บป่วยและเสียชีวิตต่อประชากรจำนวนมาก ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและพฤติกรรมป้องกันโรคจึงมีความสำคัญ การวิจัยแบบภาคตัดขวางนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของ ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพกับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรน่า 2019 ในกลุ่มประชาชนวัยแรงงานจังหวัดนครราชสีมา จำนวน 585 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติ Multiple logistic regression และนำเสนอด้วยค่า Adjusted odds ratio และ 95%CI ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ส่วนใหญ่มีความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพในภาพรวมอยู่ระดับไม่เพียงพอ ร้อยละ 31.62 มีพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรน่า 2019 ระดับปานกลาง ร้อยละ 54.70 และปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรน่า 2019 ระดับสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ p<.05 ได้แก่ ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพด้านทักษะการเข้าถึง (ORadj = 2.06, 95%CI: 1.34-3.56) ทักษะการตัดสินใจ (ORadj.= 1.69, 95%CI: 1.20-2.87) และทักษะการนำไปใช้ (ORadj.= 2.48, 95%CI: 1.66-3.94) ดังนั้นหน่วยงานสาธารณสุขที่เกี่ยวข้องควรให้ความสำคัญในการส่งเสริมความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ โดยเฉพาะทักษะการเข้าถึง ทักษะการตัดสินใจและทักษะการนำไปใช้ร่วมกับการเว้นระยะห่าง และลดการสัมผัสพื้นที่เสี่ยงเพื่อเป็นการป้องกันโรคและลดอัตราป่วยและเสียชีวิตต่อไป
