ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมการป้องกันและควบคุมโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ของประชาชน จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยแบบภาคตัดขวางเชิงวิเคราะห์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมการป้องกันและควบคุมโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ของประชาชนจังหวัดศรีสะเกษ ศึกษาจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 340 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม ระหว่างวันที่ 1 พฤษภาคม 2564 ถึง 30 กันยายน 2564 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน มัธยฐาน เปอร์เซ็นต์ไทล์ที่ 25 และ 75 สถิติเชิงอนุมานใช้การวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบ Stepwise ผลการวิจัย พบว่า พฤติกรรมการป้องกันและควบคุมโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ของประชาชนจังหวัดศรีสะเกษ ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับดี ร้อยละ 94.5 ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมการป้องกันและควบคุมโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 มี 6 ปัจจัย ได้แก่ การรับรู้ความสามารถของตนในการป้องกันและควบคุมโรค ความรู้ แรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม ระดับการศึกษามัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ความตั้งใจต่อการป้องกันและควบคุมโรค และการได้รับการฉีดวัคซีนป้องกันโรค โดยสามารถร่วมกันอธิบายความผันแปรของปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมการป้องกันและควบคุมโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ของประชาชนจังหวัดศรีสะเกษ ได้ร้อยละ 29.30 (R2 = 0.293, R2adj = 0.280, SEest = 2.142, F = 22.860, p-value <0.001) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ จากผลการวิจัยนี้ มาตรการทางสาธารณสุขที่มีเป้าหมายเพื่อการปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมการป้องกันและควบคุมโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ควรคำนึงถึงปัจจัยดังกล่าว
