บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบภาคตัดขวางมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความรุนแรงและคุณภาพชีวิตและปัจจัยทำนายคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ป่วยโรคข้อเข่าเสื่อมโรงพยาบาลชัยภูมิกลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้ป่วยโรคข้อเข่าเสื่อม จำนวน 138 รายเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นชุดแบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป และแบบประเมิน Knee Injury and Osteoarthritis Outcome Score (KOOS) 5 ด้านคือการฝืดขัดของข้ออาการปวดการเคลื่อนไหวในกิจวัตรประจำวันการเคลื่อนไหวในการออกกำลังกาย การทำกิจกรรมอื่นๆและคุณภาพชีวิต ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟาของครอนบาค (Cronbach’s alphacoefficient) ของแบบประเมิน Knee Injury and Osteoarthritis Outcome Score (KOOS)เท่ากับ 0.88 ใช้สถิติถดถอยพหุคูณแบบ Enter multiple regression analysisพบว่าระดับความรุนแรงและคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ป่วยโรคข้อเข่าเสื่อมด้านการเคลื่อนไหวในการออกกำลังกายและการทำกิจกรรมอื่นๆ มีอาการรุนแรงที่สุด รองลงมาได้แก่ด้านคุณภาพชีวิต และตัวแปรที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ป่วยโรคข้อเข่าเสื่อมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 คือด้านการเคลื่อนไหวในชีวิตประจำวัน และด้านการเคลื่อนไหวในการออกกำลังกายและการทำกิจกรรมอื่นๆ
