บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) การได้รับการดูแลและความต้องการการดูแลของผู้สูงอายุ 2) รูปแบบการดูแลผู้สูงอายุโดยการมีส่วนร่วมในชุมชนภายใต้สังคมพหุวัฒนธรรม วิจัยเชิงปริมาณเก็บข้อมูลจากผู้สูงอายุ 286 คน ตามสัดส่วนแต่ละหมู่บ้าน ด้วยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่าย สอบตรวจคุณภาพเครื่องมือจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 3 ท่าน ดัชนีความสอดคล้องระหว่างข้อคำถามและวัตถุประสงค์ ค่า IOC เท่ากับ 0.67-1.00 วิจัยเชิงคุณภาพได้จากการสัมภาษณ์กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก ประกอบด้วยผู้นำท้องถิ่น ผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล ส่วนการสนทนากลุ่มเก็บข้อมูลจากชมรมผู้สูงอายุและผู้สูงอายุของโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุ 1 กลุ่ม อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขและจิตอาสา 1 กลุ่ม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณใช้ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ส่วนวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพใช้การวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา ผลการศึกษา ผู้สูงอายุได้รับการดูแลในระดับมาก คือ ที่พักอาศัยปลอดภัยและเหมาะสม การดูแลเอาใจใส่จากลูกหลาน ได้การยอมรับ เคารพและเห็นคุณค่าจากครอบครัว ความต้องการดูแล คือ การตรวจสุขภาพประจำปี การดูแลเอาใจใส่ การสนับสนุนสวัสดิการด้านรายได้ การใช้ชีวิตบั้นปลายอย่างมีความสุข และการมีความหวัง รูปแบบการดูแลผู้สูงอายุโดยการมีส่วนร่วมในชุมชนภายใต้สังคมพหุวัฒนธรรม ประกอบด้วย 1) กลุ่มจิตอาสา เสียสละในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุ 2) โรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุและชมรมผู้สูงอายุเข้มแข็ง 3) หน่วยงานในพื้นที่สนับสนุน 4) ชุมชนดูแลซึ่งกันและกัน
