ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการจัดการขยะมูลฝอยในแหล่งท่องเที่ยวชุมชนของภาคใต้ฝั่งอันดามันตอนล่าง: กรณีศึกษาเกาะกลางและเกาะสุกร

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเชิงวิเคราะห์แบบภาคตัดขวางมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการจัดการขยะมูลฝอยในแหล่งท่องเที่ยวชุมชนของภาคใต้ฝั่งอันดามันตอนล่าง กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ตัวแทนครัวเรือนของเกาะกลาง จำนวน 334 คน เกาะสุกร จำนวน 310 คน เครื่องมือเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน คือ การวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณหลายขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการจัดการขยะมูลฝอย มีจำนวน 3 ตัวแปร คือ การได้รับการอบรมในการจัดการขยะมูลฝอย ปัจจัยเอื้อ (การลดและการคัดแยก การเก็บรวบรวม การขนย้าย และการกำจัด และการได้รับข้อมูลข่าวสารในการจัดการขยะมูลฝอย และร่วมกันอธิบายความแปรปรวนของการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการขยะมูลฝอยได้ร้อยละ 20.20 การได้รับการอบรมและปัจจัยเอื้อในการจัดการขยะมูลฝอยมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการขยะมูลฝอย ขณะที่การได้รับข้อมูลข่าวสารในการจัดการขยะมูลฝอยมีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการขยะมูลฝอย ผลการวิจัยเป็นแนวทางให้องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลต้องพัฒนาการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการขยะมูลฝอย ด้วยการจัดอบรมให้ความรู้ และสนับสนุนปัจจัยเอื้อเพื่อจัดการขยะมูลฝอยตามหลักสุขาภิบาล
