บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบหาความสัมพันธ์เชิงทำนายนี้ ศึกษาปัจจัยคัดสรรที่มีอิทธิพลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตด้านสุขภาพของผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมองขาดเลือดจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์โดยประยุกต์กรอบแนวคิดคุณภาพชีวิตด้านสุขภาพของเฟอรานส์และคณะในปี พ.ศ. 2548 กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมองขาดเลือดหลังจำหน่ายออกจากโรงพยาบาลภายใน 6 เดือน เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบสะดวก จำนวน 109 ราย ตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด เครื่องมือวิจัยได้แก่ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป แบบสอบถามคุณภาพชีวิตด้านสุขภาพของผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง แบบสอบถามภาวะโภชนาการ แบบประเมินความสามารถในการทำกิจวัตรประจำวัน แบบสอบถามความเครียด และแบบสอบถามแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.94, 0.67, 0.88, 0.74 และ 0.73 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตด้านสุขภาพของผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมองขาดเลือด ได้แก่ จำนวนชั่วโมงในการดูแลผู้ป่วยของผู้ดูแล (β = 0.194 ) ภาวะโภชนาการ (β = 0.735) และความสามารถในการทำกิจวัตรประจำวัน (β = 0.213) โดยสามารถร่วมกันอธิบายความแปรปรวนของคุณภาพชีวิตด้านสุขภาพได้ร้อยละ 84.2 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ควรนำผลวิจัยนี้ไปพัฒนารูปแบบการพยาบาลที่ส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมองในการวิจัยครั้งต่อไป
