บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเอกสารเพื่อสังเคราะห์และเสนอแนะประเด็นวิจัยภายใต้ฉากทัศน์นวัตกรรมสุขภาพและสังคมในระยะ 15 ปีจากการสืบค้นงานวิจัยด้านผู้สูงอายุในประเทศไทยระหว่างปี 2555-2565 จำนวน 190 เรื่อง สถิติใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลพบว่าจากแกนฉากทัศน์โครงสร้างสังคมสูงวัยที่ซับซ้อน – การพัฒนาที่กระจุกตัวด้วยต้นแบบหรือกระจายตัวสมดุลลงระดับฐานรากและแกนฉากทัศน์รูปแบบนวัตกรรมรองรับสังคมสูงวัย – การทำงานใหม่เชิงมิติเดียวหรือมิติหลากหลายสังเคราะห์ได้ 1) นวัตกรรมรองรับสังคมสูงวัยมิติเดี่ยวที่เด่นนำด้วยต้นแบบโดยประเด็นวิจัยประกอบด้วยแบบจำลองธุรกิจผู้สูงอายุ นวัตกรรมการดูแลรักษาโรคสำคัญของผู้สูงอายุ ระบบการดูแลสุขภาพระยะยาวและอินเทอร์เน็ตในทุกสรรพสิ่ง 2) นวัตกรรมรองรับสังคมสูงวัยมิติหลากหลายที่เด่นนำด้วยต้นแบบโดยประเด็นวิจัยประกอบด้วยงานในยุคดิจิทัล ช่องทางเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ แพลตฟอร์มเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต รูปแบบการช่วยลดการพึ่งพา 3) นวัตกรรมรองรับสังคมสูงวัยมิติเดี่ยวที่กระจายตัวในระดับฐานรากโดยประเด็นวิจัยประกอบด้วยการปรับตัวทางสังคม การเตรียมตัวเป็นผู้สูงอายุและสภาพแวดล้อมสำหรับการทดสอบ 4) นวัตกรรมรองรับสังคมสูงวัยเชิงมิติหลากหลายที่กระจายตัวในระดับฐานรากโดยประเด็นวิจัยประกอบด้วยฐานข้อมูลและคุณภาพชีวิตผู้สูงอายุที่มีชุมชนเป็นฐาน
