บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพแบบปรากฏการณ์วิทยาเชิงพรรณานี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหา อุปสรรคและ แนวทางในการฟื้นฟูผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมองในชุมชนจังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี ศึกษาผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมองระยะพักฟื้นในชุมชน จำนวน 30 คน อายุ 25 ปีขึ้นไปและยินดีเข้าร่วมวิจัย ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักเลือกโดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกแบบตัวต่อตัวผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักและการสนทนากลุ่มทีมสหสาขาวิชาชีพที่รับผิดชอบดูแลผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักในชุมชนจังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี ช่วงเดือนตุลาคม-ธันวาคมพ.ศ.2566 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือแบบสัมภาษณ์ปัญหา อุปสรรคและแนวทางในการฟื้นฟูผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมองในชุมชน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้ป่วยขาดความรู้ ความตระหนัก และความเข้าใจคลาดเคลื่อนเกี่ยวกับการฟื้นฟูที่ถูกต้องและต่อเนื่อง ทีมสหสาขาวิชาชีพ พบว่า รูปแบบการฟื้นฟูผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมองในชุมชนยังไม่สอดคล้องกับบริบทของพื้นที่ นำไปปฏิบัติไม่ได้กับชุมชน แนวทางคือการพัฒนาด้านการประสานงาน ขั้นตอนการบริการที่มีความชัดเจนและเป็นระบบโดยความร่วมมือของทีมสหวิชาชีพที่เกี่ยวข้อง และการนำญาติหรือผู้ดูแลให้มีส่วนร่วมการฟื้นฟูตั้งแต่ป่วยจนจำหน่ายกลับบ้าน ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้สามารถนำไปเป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานในการพัฒนาการฟื้นฟูผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมองในชุมชนจังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี เพื่อให้ผู้ป่วยสามารถกลับคืนสู่สังคมและมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดี
