ผลของโปรแกรมพัฒนาทักษะการป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ที่มีต่อความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและพฤติกรรมการป้องกันตั้งครรภ์ของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยแห่งหนึ่ง

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมพัฒนาทักษะการป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ที่มีต่อความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและพฤติกรรมการป้องกันตั้งครรภ์ของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยการกีฬาแห่งชาติ วิทยาเขตยะลา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 60 คน เลือกแบบเจาะจง โดยเป็นนักศึกษาหญิงที่สมัครใจเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมได้จนสิ้นสุดการทดลอง แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มควบคุมและกลุ่มทดลอง กลุ่มละ 30 คน ทำการศึกษาระหว่างวันที่ 12 มิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2566 ถึง 17 กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2566 เครื่องมือวิจัยได้แก่ โปรแกรมการพัฒนาทักษะการป้องกันการตั้ง¬ครรภ์ ประกอบด้วยกิจกรรมคือ 1) พัฒนาทักษะการเข้าถึงข้อมูลด้านการป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ 2) ฝึกทักษะความรู้ ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ก่อนวัยอันควร 3) ฝึกทักษะการสื่อสาร 4) พัฒนาเงื่อนไขทางสุขภาพของตนเอง 5) พัฒนาทักษะการรู้เท่าทันสื่อและ 6) การตัดสินใจเลือกปฏิบัติที่ถูกต้อง และแบบประเมินความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพเพื่อพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และการทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า โปรแกรมพัฒนาทักษะการป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ ส่งผลให้นักศึกษาสามารถพัฒนาทักษะการป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์และสร้างความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพได้จริงโดยกลุ่มทดลองมีความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ก่อนวัยอันควรในระดับที่สูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01
