ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับปัญหาสุขภาพจากการทำนาของเกษตรกรนาข้าวในเขตพื้นที่จังหวัดนครราชสีมา

บทคัดย่อ
เกษตรกรนาข้าวส่วนใหญ่ต้องเผชิญความเสี่ยงจากการทำงาน ส่งผลให้เกิดปัญหาสุขภาพจากการทำนา การวิจัยเชิงวิเคราะห์แบบภาคตัดขวางนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาสุขภาพและปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับปัญหาสุขภาพจากการทำนาของเกษตรกรนาข้าวในเขตพื้นที่จังหวัดนครราชสีมา ตัวอย่าง คือ เกษตรกรผู้ปลูกข้าว จำนวน 376 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างจากพื้นที่ปลูกข้าว จำนวน 3 อำเภอ เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วย ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ด้วย Multiple linear regression กำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญที่ 0.05 ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ภาพรวมของปัญหาสุขภาพจากการทำนาอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับปัญหาสุขภาพจากการทำนาอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ คือ การสัมผัสสิ่งคุกคามสุขภาพด้านการยศาสตร์ การสัมผัสสิ่งคุกคามสุขภาพด้านจิตสังคม การสัมผัสสิ่งคุกคามสุขภาพด้านเคมี การสัมผัสสิ่งคุกคามสุขภาพด้านชีวภาพ การสัมผัสสิ่งคุกคามสุขภาพด้านกายภาพ ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการทำนาที่ปลอดภัย ความเชื่อมั่นในการปฏิบัติตัวเพื่อป้องกันปัญหาสุขภาพ ความคาดหวังต่อผลลัพธ์ในการปฏิบัติตัวเพื่อป้องกันปัญหาสุขภาพ และการปฏิบัติตัวเพื่อป้องกันปัญหาสุขภาพจากการทำนา โดยตัวแปรทั้งหมดนี้สามารถร่วมกันอธิบายความสัมพันธ์ต่อปัญหาสุขภาพจากการทำนาได้ ร้อยละ 52.60 หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องควรส่งเสริมนวัตกรรมเพื่อลดความเสี่ยงสุขภาพ ส่งเสริมการปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมการทำงาน และจัดการความเครียดด้วยตนเองที่เหมาะสม
