การพัฒนาเครือข่ายการทำนาที่ลดการใช้สารเคมีของชุมชนในพื้นที่จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาเครือข่ายการทำนาที่ลดการใช้สารเคมีในชุมชน จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่เกษตรกร จำนวน 75 คน คัดเลือกแบบเจาะจงตามเกณฑ์คุณสมบัติที่กำหนด รวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้การถอดบทเรียน และแบบสังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเชิงพรรณนา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า การพัฒนาเครือข่ายการทำนาที่ลดการใช้สารเคมี พบว่า ต้องเริ่มจากการจัดการต้นทุนในการทำนาและวิเคราะห์ปัญหาสุขภาพ โดยต้องพัฒนาให้ชาวนาลดค่าใช้จ่ายจากปัจจัยการผลิต เน้นพึ่งพาตนเอง ผ่านแนวทางการพัฒนาเครือข่ายการทำนาที่ลดการใช้สารเคมี 4 กระบวนการ คือ (1) วิเคราะห์เกษตรกร (2) จัดกระบวนการพัฒนาเพื่อการทำนาที่ลดการใช้สารเคมี (3) หนุนเสริมปฏิบัติการแบบพึ่งพาตนเองเพื่อการทำนาที่ลดการใช้สารเคมี (4) สร้างกลไกหนุนเสริมโดยชุมชนและภาคีภาควิชาการ ซึ่งสามารถทำให้เกษตรกรมีสุขภาพและคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีขึ้น คำนึงถึงความปลอดภัยต่อผู้บริโภค สิ่งแวดล้อม และสามารถพึ่งตนเองได้ ดังนั้น จึงควรสนับสนุนและส่งเสริมให้ขยายเครือข่ายการทำนาที่ลดการใช้สารเคมี เพื่อเป็นประโยชน์ต่อเกษตรกรชาวนาและชุมชน
