บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความชุกและปัจจัยส่วนประสมทางการตลาดที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการรับรู้สิทธิการรักษาภายใต้หลักประกันสุขภาพถ้วนหน้าของผู้ป่วยมะเร็งเต้านม โดยใช้รูปแบบการวิจัยเชิงวิเคราะห์แบบภาคตัดขวาง กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ป่วยมะเร็งเต้านมที่มีสิทธิหลักประกันสุขภาพถ้วนหน้า โรงพยาบาลนางรอง จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ จำนวน 215 คน การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลทำโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษามีความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาทุกข้อมากกว่า 0.66 และความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามทั้งชุดเท่ากับ 0.979 สถิติที่ใช้ประกอบด้วยสถิติพรรณนาและสถิติอนุมานใช้สถิติ Multiple Logistic Regression ผลการศึกษา พบว่า การรับรู้สิทธิภายใต้หลักประกันสุขภาพถ้วนหน้าของผู้ป่วยมะเร็งเต้านมด้านการรับรู้ถึงประโยชน์มีร้อยละมากที่สุดอยู่ในระดับสูง ร้อยละ 80.00 รองลงมา คือ ด้านการรับรู้ต่ออุปสรรคอยู่ในระดับสูงร้อยละ 78.60 และด้านการรับรู้สิทธิด้านการรับรู้ความสามารถของตนเองอยู่ในระดับสูงร้อยละ 73.02 และความชุกของผู้ป่วยมะเร็งเต้านมมีการรับรู้สิทธิอยู่ในระดับสูงร้อยละ 86.05 (95%CI: 0.80-0.90) และพบว่าด้านช่องทางการจัดบริการอยู่ในระดับสูงมีโอกาสรับรู้สิทธิการรักษามากกว่า 3.07 เท่า (AOR = 3.07, 95%CI: 1.22-7.76) ด้านบุคลากรอยู่ในระดับสูงมีโอกาสรับรู้สิทธิการรักษามากกว่า 3.20 เท่า (AOR = 3.20, 95%CI: 1.09-9.39) และด้านกระบวนการอยู่ในระดับสูงมีโอกาสรับรู้สิทธิการรักษามากกว่า 3.70 เท่า (AOR = 3.70, 95%CI: 1.60-8.54)
