A พฤติกรรมการสูบบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าและสมรรถภาพปอดของพนักงานในร้านอาหารที่ขายเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้า ความชุกของสมรรถภาพปอดผิดปกติ และปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับสมรรถภาพปอดผิดปกติของพนักงานร้านอาหารในจังหวัดแห่งหนึ่ง โดยใช้การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบภาพตัดขวาง เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามและสไปโรมิเตอร์ วิเคราะห์ด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา พบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างมีเพศชายและหญิงเท่ากัน (ร้อยละ 50.0) โดยมีอายุระหว่าง 25–44 ปี (ส่วนใหญ่อายุ 25–30 ปี ร้อยละ 73.33) สถานภาพโสด (70%) และกลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่มีโรคความดันโลหิตสูง (76.67%) เหตุผลในการสูบบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าคือความเครียด (46.67%) และสูบเป็นประจำทุกวัน (53.33%) และเริ่มสูบในช่วงอายุ 15–25 ปี (80%) อายุต่ำสุดที่เริ่มใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้า คือ อายุ 15 ปี ประเภทที่นิยมมากที่สุดคือบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าประเภทพอต (56.67%) ด้านสมรรถภาพปอดพบความผิดปกติร้อยละ 30.00 โดยส่วนใหญ่เป็นภาวะจำกัดการขยายตัวของปอดระดับเล็กน้อย (ร้อยละ 20.00) ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับภาวะสมรรถภาพปอดผิดปกติอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติเมื่อทดสอบด้วย Fisher’s exact test และรายงานค่า Crude OR พร้อมช่วงความเชื่อมั่น 95% (p-value < 0.05) ได้แก่ อายุ ≥ 40 ปี ระยะเวลาการใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้า ≥ 8 ปี การเริ่มใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้าเมื่ออายุ ≤ 25 ปี) ผลการวิจัยชี้ว่าการสูบบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าอาจกระทบสมรรถภาพปอด จึงควรส่งเสริมความรู้และมาตรการลดการใช้ของพนักงานในร้านอาหาร
