บทคัดย่อ

ภูมิหลัง: จากสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ส่งผลกระทบต่อราคาวัสดุทันตกรรม และการปรับปรุงระบบระบายอากาศเพื่อการทำงานที่ปลอดภัย ซึ่งมีผลต่อต้นทุนบริการงานทันตกรรม วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนทางตรงรวมและต้นทุนต่อหน่วยรายบริการทันตกรรมของโรงพยาบาลชลบุรี ปีงบประมาณ 2565 เปรียบเทียบกับอัตราค่ารักษาพยาบาลกรมบัญชีกลาง พ.ศ. 2559 และอัตราค่าบริการของหน่วยบริการในสังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข พ.ศ. 2562 วิธีการ: งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงพรรณนาแบบย้อนหลัง โดยใช้ต้นทุนทางตรงรวมแทนต้นทุนทั้งหมด กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ กิจกรรมรายบริการทันตกรรมที่ทำในกลุ่มงานทันตกรรม โรงพยาบาลชลบุรี เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล 4 ส่วน คือ (1) แบบบันทึกปริมาณการให้บริการทันตกรรม (2) ค่าแรง (3) ค่าวัสดุ และ (4) ค่าเสื่อมราคาของครุภัณฑ์ทันตกรรมและอาคารที่ใช้ในการให้บริการของปีงบประมาณ 2565 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา ได้แก่ ร้อยละ สัดส่วน ผล: ต้นทุนรายบริการทันตกรรม ปีงบประมาณ 2565 มีสัดส่วนต้นทุนค่าแรงต่อค่าวัสดุต่อค่าลงทุน เท่ากับ 72.44: 13.53: 14.03 โดยงานทันตกรรมประดิษฐ์ งานเอ็นโดดอนต์บำบัดและงานปริทันตวิทยามีต้นทุนต่อหน่วยบริการสูงที่สุด ตามลำดับ สรุป: ต้นทุนต่อหน่วยรายบริการทันตกรรมของโรงพยาบาลชลบุรีทุกงานสูงกว่าอัตราค่ารักษาพยาบาลกรมบัญชีกลาง พ.ศ. 2559 และส่วนใหญ่สูงกว่าอัตราค่าบริการของหน่วยบริการในสังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข พ.ศ. 2562
