This study investigates tourism logistics challenges faced by museums in Bangkok and analyzes corresponding management strategies. A purposive sampling approach identified 90 key informants: 60 Thai tourists and 30 individuals from tourism businesses or related entities. Semi-structured interviews were conducted to collect qualitative data, which was then analyzed using content analysis and data triangulation. The research identified three key tourism logistics challenges in Bangkok museums: transportation issues, visitor overcrowding, and communication problems. The E-V-R model was employed to analyze tourism logistics management strategies. Ten key strategies emerged, including: the enhancement and promotion of existing offerings to achieve superior quality, the creation of value accompanied by effective publicity targeting tourists, the improvement of public transportation services, the elimination of language barriers, the dissemination of museum-related information, the incorporation of modern technology to augment outdated methods, the amplification of the value attributed to exhibits within the museum, the refinement of staff communication proficiencies, the development of personnel in roles focused on accommodating and tending to tourists, and the establishment of rigorous inspection and control measures
