Abstract

This research article there are objectives.1.To compare the knowledge of the
experimental group. 2. To compare the progress of chronic ulcers between the
experimental and control groups. By applying nutritional principles that promote the
healing of chronic wounds Take care with family in elderly people with diabetes. 3. To
compare blood sugar levels of experimental and control groups. A total of 40 samples
were used. The subjects were divided into 20 subjects and 20 controlled subjects. The
instrument was a pre-knowledge questionnaire in the experimental group and wound size
measurement. Blood glucose was measured in both groups of patients. Theanalyzes used
basic statistics, comparative knowledge, wound size and glucose level. Using a package
using Paired t-test
The results of the research showed that before the knowledge program, the
experimental group had a knowledge score of = 15.45, after the experiment, it was
found that the experimental group received the more knowledge program = 17.10. The
progression of the wound was better than the control group. The trait size of the wound
improved, 1 = 7.92 after education in the experimental group was 4 = 11.01. In the
control group blood glucose, the time 1 = 200.05 after the test, the sugar level
decreased, 4 = 157.3, the glucose control group, the elderly, diabetes with chronic
ulcers, 1st time ครั้ง = 163.65. And the 4th time = 184.45. The sugar control of the
experimental group improved. The control group's blood sugar was also less controlled
than the experimental group
