          Andrographis paniculata (Burm.f.) Nees is in the family Acanthaceae. There are important substances, namely lactone substances such as andrographolide. Classified as herbal medicines. There are indications for the treatment of gastrointestinal syndrome, Respiratory syndrome. In 2021. Regional Medical Sciences Center 10 Ubonratchathani studied of microbiological quality of raw materials and andrographis capsules in  government hospitals. In the 10^th Public Health Region. To studied microbial contamination in raw material samples and andrographis capsules in government hospitals. In the 10^th Public Health Region. Analyzed by Thai Herbal Pharmacopoeia 2021; Total aerobic microbial count, Total combined yeasts and moulds count, Bile-tolerant gram-negative bacteria, Escherichia coli, Clostridium spp. and Salmonella spp. 65 samples, The results showed 2 samples of standards passed (3.1%) and failed to meet the 63 samples (96.9%). Causes that failed was the detection of 40 total aerobic microbial, 37 total combined yeasts and moulds count, 59 bile-tolerant gram-negative bacteria, 26 Escherichia coli, 2 Salmonella spp. 2 samples, and 55 Clostridium spp. 55. The most raw materials and andrographis  capsules are not of quality. If it is used as a medicine for the treatment of diseases. It is necessary  to Inform the Provincial Health Office for proceed.
