Abstract

This study was a Retrospective study aims to study the situation of applying for permission to advertise license. Characteristics of words or texts used in applying for permission to advertise license and study the results of the development advisement on applying for permission to advertise private hospitals in Udon Thani Province. The researcher collects data from submitting a request for permission to advertise or announce about private hospitals in Udon Thani Province. During the period from August 2020 to January 2022 of the Udon Thani Public Health Office. The researcher used data analysis by descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage and qualitative data analysis using content analysis to summarize the main points. The study found a request for permission to advertise a private hospitals in Udon Thani. There were a total of 68 requests, which were medical clinics                           50 percent, private hospitals 42.65 percent, and specialized medical clinics 4.41 percent, respectively. The channel most requested for approval was posters 38.24 percent, Facebook 22.06 percent and nameplates 20.59 percent respectively. Found inaccurate content characteristics that  are not in accordance with the announcement of the Department of Health Service Subject : Rules, methods, conditions and expenditures for advertising or announcements related to medical facilities 2019 or regulations of the Medical Council on Ethical of the Medical Profession 2006. The results of the study, found a large number of content characteristics that could not be advertised. Caused by entrepreneurs lacking the correct knowledge and understanding of hospital advertisements. Therefore, the researcher collect data and developed an innovative chart sheet for advice on obtaining permission to advertise hospitals in Udon Thani Province. To be a guideline for private hospital entrepreneur to have more knowledge and understanding about the principles and use of wording in more accurate hospital. The results of using this chart sheet innovation together with the researcher's advice on advertising private hospitals. This gives entrepreneur more accurate knowledge and understanding and promotes consumer protection in order to obtain appropriate information in the the field of hospital advertisements.
