Problems, obstacles, limitations, and needs for knowledge development in pharmaceutical information. resulting in the concept of knowledge management of pharmacists who provide pharmaceutical information services in the context of Thailand 4.0 by using information technology and communication Objectives of this study To develop a knowledge management process for pharmacists who provide pharmaceutical information services. The study subjects were pharmacists and personnel working in information technology in community hospitals. Mukdahan Province The results of this study resulted in pharmaceutical information processes that could be used in knowledge management, namely 1) problem improvement, 2) leadership in knowledge management, 3) organizational culture in knowledge management, 4) technology in management. knowledge The general recommendation is that knowledge management guidelines should be disseminated to other departments and personnel development training should be provided to support knowledge management implementation. Including there should be research to create other strategies in the organization.
