บทคัดย่อ

Abstract

     Domestic violence is a phenomenon that occurs in all races, social classes,socioeconomic status, education level, and health status. Domestic violence against women causes physical injury and mental suffering to both pregnant women and the unborn infants. Screening for domestic violence and providing assistance in a timely manner will maintain physical and mental health wellbeing of pregnant women and the unborn infants. Nurses are the first person to assess patients for violent screening. This article aims to gather, analyze, and present the screening tools for domestic violence against pregnant women, so nurses can select the assessment tools of domestic violence appropriately in order to investigate and rescue pregnant women who were victims of threats from their families.

บทคัดย่อ
    ความรุนแรงในครอบครัวเป็นปรากฏการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นในสังคมพบได้ทุกเชื้อชาติ ชนชั้น เศรษฐานะ ระดับการศึกษาและภาวะสุขภาพ ความรุนแรงในครอบครัวที่เกิดกับสตรีตั้งครรภ์ก่อให้เกิดการบาดเจ็บทางร่างกายและความทุกข์ทรมานทางจิตใจทั้งต่อสตรีที่ตั้งครรภ์และบุตรในครรภ์ การคัดกรองความรุนแรงในครอบครัวและให้การช่วยเหลืออย่างทันท่วงทีจะคงไว้ซึ่งสุขภาวะทางร่างกายและจิตใจของสตรีตั้งครรภ์และบุตรในครรภ์  พยาบาลเป็นบุคลากรทางสุขภาพด่านแรกที่จะต้องประเมินสภาพสตรีตั้งครรภ์ บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อรวบรวม วิเคราะห์ และนำเสนอเครื่องมือคัดกรองความรุนแรงในครอบครัวที่เกิดกับสตรีตั้งครรภ์ เพื่อให้พยาบาลสามารถเลือกใช้เครื่องมือประเมินความรุนแรงในครอบครัวได้อย่างเหมาะสม เพื่อค้นหาและช่วยเหลือสตรีตั้งครรภ์ที่ตกเป็นเหยื่อของภัยคุกคามในครอบครัว
