การศึกษาครั้งนี้วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาแบบวัดคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ป่วยจิตเวช สถาบันจิตเวชศาสตร์สมเด็จเจ้าพระยา กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้รับการคัดเลือกตามสะดวกโดยการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ป่วยจิตเวชที่มารับบริการในแผนกผู้ป่วยนอกจำนวน 436 คน รวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบวัดคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ป่วยจิตเวช ประกอบด้วยข้อคำถามจำนวน 21 ข้อ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน และการตรวจสอบความตรงและความเที่ยงผลการศึกษาพบว่าโครงสร้างของแบบวัดคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ป่วยจิตเวชประกอบด้วย 11 องค์ประกอบ คือด้านแรงจูงใจภายนอก ด้านสัมพันธภาพและการสื่อสาร ด้านการดูแลตนเอง ด้านแรงจูงใจภายในและการมีเป้าหมายชีวิต ด้านชีวิตการทำงานและการเรียน ด้านสภาพแวดล้อม ด้านนันทนาการ ด้านการจัดการปัญหา ด้านภาวะสุขภาพ ด้านความต้องการและสมรรถภาพทางเพศและด้านภาพลักษณ์ โดยแบบจำลองการวัดคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ป่วยจิตเวชที่มี 11 องค์ประกอบนั้น ประกอบด้วยข้อคำถามจำนวน 21 ข้อ มีความกลมกลืนสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ในระดับดี มีความตรงเชิงเอกนัยระหว่าง 0.85-1.00 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาครอนบราคโดยรวมเท่ากับ 0.87 แบบวัดคุณภาพชีวิตฉบับนี้ ผ่านการตรวจสอบคุณภาพในระดับดี

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop the Quality of Life Measurement of Psychiatric Patients at Somdet Chaopraya Institute of Psychiatry. A convenince sampling of four hundred and thirty six psychiatric patients at the outpatient department were interviewed by the researcher the mearurement of the quality of life questionnaire consisted of 21 items, The data were analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis and testing validity and reliability.

The results were as follows:

The construct of Quality of Life questionnaires consisted of 11 factors, which were external motivation, relationship and communication, self care, internal motivation and goal of life, occupation and learning, environment, recreation, problem solving, health status and sexual ability and self-image. The 11 factors model of Quality of Life, which consisted of twenty one items had fit to the empirical data in fair degree and the items-objective consequence from 0.85-1.00 and had to total coefficient alpha 0.872. The Quality of Life questionnaires seemed to be good degree in psychometric properties.
