บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยและพัฒนาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาโปรแกรมการสร้างเสริมพลังอำนาจของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคจิตเภทที่มีอาการหูแว่ว และทดสอบประสิทธอผลต่อพฤติกรรมการดูแลของผู้ดูแล ระยะการดำเนินงานมี 2 ระนะ คือ การพัฒนาโปรแกรมโดยประยุกต์แนวคิดการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจร่วมกับการให้ความรู้และฝึกฝนการจัดการกับอาการหูแว่ว และการสนับสนุนทางสังคม คือ ผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคจิตเภทได้รับการกลุ่มตัวอย่างคัดเลือกอย่างเฉพาะเจาะจงและแบ่งเข้ากลุ่มควบคุมและกลุ่มทดลอง กลุ่มละ 30 คนเครื่องมือของการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 1) โปรแกรมสร้างเสริมพลังอำนาจของผู้ดูแล 2) แบบวัดพลังอำนาจผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคจิตเภท และ 3) แบบประเมินพฤติกรรมการดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคจิตเภทที่มีอาการหูแว่ว วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพื้นฐานและสถิติทดสอบที ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ว่า

1. โปรแกรมการสร้างเสริมพลังอำนาจของผู้ดูแลมีค่าตรงตามเนื้อหา อยู่ระหว่าง 0.6 – 1.0 เนื้อหาในโปรแกรมประกอบด้วย การสร้างความเข้าใจถึงความจำเป็นในการแก้ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นจากการดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคจิตเภทที่มีอาการหูแว่ว การสร้างเสริมพลังอำนาจให้ผู้ดูแลสามารถดูแลผู้ป่วยที่มีอาการหูแว่วอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และการดูแลผู้ป่วยที่มีอาการหูแว่วโดยการใช้แหล่งสนับสนุนทางสังคม

2. พฤติกรรมการดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคจิตเภทที่มีอาการหูแว่ว ในระยะหลังการเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมสูงกว่าก่อนการทดลองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .00

3. พฤติกรรมการดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคจิตเภทที่มีอาการหูแว่ว ของกลุ่มทดลองที่ได้เข้าร่วมโปรแกรมการสร้างเสริมพลังอำนาจสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .00

Abstract

The purposes of this research and development were to develop the caregiver’s empowerment program of schizophrenic patients with auditory hallucinations, and to test its effectiveness on care behavior of caregiver. Two phases in cluded the development of the caregiver’s empowerment program with an application of empowerment, education and training symptom management and social support and the testity program. Subjects of Schitophremic caregivers were purposively selected and assigned into the control and the experimental group; 30 of each. The control group received the routine care, whereas the experimental group received the caregiver’s empowerment program. The research tools consisted of 1) the caregiver’s empowerment program 2) The power of caregiver questionnaires 3) The care behavior of schizophrenic patient with auditory hallucinations questionnaires. Data ware collected and analyzed by deseriptive statistics and t-test. The results were as following;1) The Item Objective Congruence coefficients of the program ranged between0.6-1.0. The program comprised how to learn about effect to the caregiver from caring the schizophrenic patient with violence behavior, effectiveness of coping with the problem and how to request from other supporting system for manage the schizophrenic patient with violence behavior.2) The care behavior of schizophrenic patient with auditory hallucinations after receiving program was significantly increased, at the level .00.

3) The care behavior of schizophrenic patient with auditory hallucinations in experimental group after receiving program was significantly higher than the control group, at the level .00.
