การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการทำหน้าที่ของครอบครัวของผู้ป่วยโรคอารมณ์แปรปรวนสองขั้ว กลุ่มตัวอย่างมี จำนวน 70 คน เลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามการทำหน้าที่ของครอบครัวของอุมาพร ตรังคสมบัติ ตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 3 ท่าน และตรวจสอบความเที่ยงโดยหาค่าสัมประสิทธ์ิอัลฟ่าของครอนบาค ได้ค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.86 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า การทำหน้าที่ของครอบครัวของผู้ป่วยโรคอารมณ์แปรปรวนสองขั้วโดยรวมมี ค่าเฉลี่ยระดับดีพอควร (  = 3.00, SD = 1.08) และรายด้านพบว่า การทำหน้าที่ของครอบครัวด้านบทบาทมี ค่าเฉลี่ยระดับดีมาก ( = 3.42, SD = 0.51) ส่วนการทำหน้าที่ของครอบครัวด้านอื่นๆมีค่าเฉลี่ยระดับดี พอควร โดยค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดได้แก่ ด้านการทำหน้าที่ทั่วไป ( = 3.16, SD = 0.69) รองลงมาคือ ด้านการ ตอบสนองทางอารมณ์ ( = 3.07, SD = 0.59) ด้านการสื่อสาร ( = 2.99, SD = 0.64) ด้านการแก้ปัญหา ( = 2.96, SD = 0.53) ด้านความผูกพันทางอารมณ์ ( = 2.84, SD = 0.88) และด้านการควบคุมพฤติกรรม ( = 2.57, SD = 0.63) ตามลำดับ ผลการวิจัยสามารถใช้เป็นข้อมูลในการศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการทำหน้าที่ของครอบครัว และ พัฒนาแนวทางการดูแล ส่งเสริมสุขภาพจิตในครอบครอบครัวของผู้ป่วยโรคอารมณ์แปรปรวนสองขั้วให้ดี ยิ่งขึ้น

Abstract

The purpose of this research were to study family function of patients with bipolar disorders. Seventy subjects were selected using purposive sampling. The researcher collected data using questionnaires; family function measure, developed by Umaporn Trangkasombut. Content validity was assessed by 3 experts. The internal consistency of the family function measure using Cronbach,s alpha coefficient was 0.86. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics.

The major results revealed that overall, mean score of family function of patients with bipolar disorders was at a moderate level ( = 3.00, SD = 1.08). Considering each dimension of family function of patients with bipolar disorders, the dimensions yielding mean scores at a high level were roles ( = 3.42, SD = 0.51), The dimensions yielding mean scores at a moderate level were general function ( = 3.16, SD = 0.69), affective responsiveness ( Χ = 3.07, SD = 0.59), communication ( = 2.99, SD = 0.64), problem solving ( Χ = 2.96, SD = 0.53), affective involvement ( = 2.84, SD = 0.88), and behavior control ( = 2.57, SD = 0.63). The findings guide future study to explore the factors influencing the family function of patients with bipolar disorders and could be used as information for planning and developing nursing intervention and guidelines to care, and promote mental health in family of patients with bipolar disorders.
