บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์: การศึกษาในสหรัฐอเมริกา จำนวนมากได้พบว่าปัญหาสุขภาพจิตที่เกิดจาก การเลือกปฏิบัติทางสังคมสามารถพบได้บ่อยใน กลุ่มผู้มีความหลากหลายทางเพศ (LGBT) ซึ่ง ถือว่าเป็นประเด็นที่นำมาซึ่งความไม่เท่าเทียม ทางสุขภาพในสังคมไทยเช่นกัน การพัฒนางาน วิจัยเพื่อค้นหาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อปัญหาดัง กล่าวจึงมีความจำเป็น แต่กลับไม่พบเครื่องมือ ที่มีมาตรฐานในบริบทสังคมไทย งานวิจัยนี้จึงมี วั ตถุ ประสงค์เพื่อแปลและตรวจสอบคุ ณภาพแบบ วัดประสบการณ์การเลือกปฏิบัติในกลุ่มที่มีความ หลากหลายทางเพศ (experience of discrimination [EOD]) เพื่อใช้ในงานวิจัย LGBT ในประเทศไทย
วิธีการศึกษา: แบบวัดประสบการณ์การ เลือกปฏิบัติฯ (EOD) ได้ถูกแปลเป็นภาษาไทย ด้วยกระบวนการแปลไปข้างหน้า/ย้อนกลับโดย ยึดหลักการแปลข้ามวัฒนธรรมหลังจากได้นั้น ถูกตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ และตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงโครงสร้าง ความเชื่อ มั่น และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคำถามจากกลุ่ม ตัวอย่าง LGBT วัยผู้ใหญ่ (n = 425) เก็บข้อมูล ด้วยวิธีออนไลน์และแบบข้อเขียนในเดือนมีนาคม – สิงหาคม 2561 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิง พรรณนาและประเมินค่าคุณสมบัติทางจิตมิติด้วย โปรแกรม SPSS
ผลการศึกษา: กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็น เพศชาย (ร้อยละ 90.6) อายุเฉลี่ย 29.5 ปี (SD = 7.45) และจบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี (ร้อยละ 59.1) ส่วนมากเคยได้รับประสบการณ์การเลือก ปฏิบัติอย่างน้อยหนึ่งสถานการณ์ในชีวิต (ร้อยละ 56.5) โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยของจำนวนสถานการณ์และ ความถี่ของประสบการณ์การเลือกปฏิบัติในระดับ ค่อนข้างต่ำ(M = 1.93, SD = 2.77 และ M = 4.68, SD = 8.16 ตามลำดับ) สำหรับผลการศึกษาหลักพบ ว่าแบบวัด EOD ฉบับภาษาไทยมีค่าความตรงเชิง เนื้อหาระดับสูงและเชิงโครงสร้างระดับปานกลาง (CVI = 1, r = .26 - .40) มีความเชื่อมั่นด้านความ สอดคล้องสหสัมพันธ์ภายในชั้นและความเชื่อมั่น ภายในอยู่ในระดับสูง (ICC = 0.87, cronbach’s alpha coefficient = 0.87) และมีค่าความสัมพันธ์ ระหว่างรายการของข้อคำถามในทางบวกที่ระดับ r = .14 - .74
สรุป: แบบวัดประสบการณ์การเลือกปฏิบัติ (EOD) ฉบับภาษาไทยเป็นเครื่องมือที่มีคุณสมบัติ ทางจิตมิติในระดับสูง ซึ่งสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ ใช้ในการวิจัยทางการพยาบาลในกลุ่ม LGBT ใน ประเทศไทยได้
