บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์: การวิจัยเชิงบรรยายความสัมพันธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่าง ความแข็งแกร่งในชีวิต แรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม การรับรู้ความรุนแรงของโรค ความรู้สึกเป็นภาระ เพศ อายุ ความเกี่ยวข้องระหว่างผู้ดูแลกับผู้ป่วย และระยะเวลาในการดูแล กับภาวะกดดันด้านจิตใจของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภท
วิธีการศึกษา:กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทที่มารับบริการในแผนกผู้ป่วยนอกจิตเวช โรงพยาบาลแห่งหนึ่งในภาคกลาง ที่มีคุณสมบัติตามเกณฑ์คัดเข้า จำนวน 93 ราย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบประเมินภาวะกดดันด้านจิตใจของ Kessler 6 ข้อ ฉบับภาษาไทย แบบประเมินความแข็งแกร่งในชีวิต แบบวัดแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคมของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภท แบบวัดการรับรู้ความรุนแรงของโรคจิตเภท และแบบวัดภาระในการดูแลของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยเรื้อรัง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติบรรยาย สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบสเปียร์แมน และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบพอยท์ไบซีเรียล
ผลการศึกษา: ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การรับรู้ความรุนแรงของโรค ความรู้สึกเป็นภาระ และอายุ มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับภาวะกดดันด้านจิตใจของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภท อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (rs = .617, .632 และ .249; p = .000, .000, และ .016 ตามลำดับ) ความแข็งแกร่งในชีวิต และแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม มีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับภาวะกดดันด้านจิตใจอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (rs = -.294 และ -.496; p = .004 และ.000 ตามลำดับ) เพศ และความเกี่ยวข้องระหว่างผู้ดูแลกับผู้ป่วยมีความสัมพันธ์กับภาวะกดดันด้านจิตใจอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (rpb = -.222 และ -.246; p = .032 และ .018 ตามลำดับ) ส่วนระยะเวลาในการดูแล ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับภาวะกดดันด้านจิตใจของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภท
สรุป: ผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานที่จะนำไปใช้ในการวางแผนให้การดูแลผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทเพื่อลดภาวะกดดันด้านจิตใจจากการดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทต่อไป
