บทคัดย่อ
บทบาทพยาบาลจิตเวชในการส่งเสริมการ ทำหน้าที่ของครอบครัวผู้ป่วยจิตเภทมีความสำคัญ การทำหน้าที่ของครอบครัวมีผลต่อสุขภาพจิต ของสมาชิกคนอื่น ๆ ในครอบครัว ทั้งนี้เนื่องจาก การทำหน้าที่ของครอบครัวเป็นการกระทำเพื่อ ตอบสนองความต้องการของร่างกาย จิตใจ อารมณ์ และสังคมของสมาชิกในครอบครัว การทำหน้าที่ ของครอบครัวที่ดีต้องอาศัยการมีสัมพันธภาพที่ ดีต่อกัน มีความรัก ความผูกพัน ความเอื้ออาทร และการสื่อสารที่ชัดเจนเปิดเผยในครอบครัว สมาชิกในครอบครัวสามารถแสดงบทบาทและ หน้าที่ของตัวเองได้อย่างเหมาะสม และสามารถจัดการกับปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในครอบครัวได้ ดังนั้น การทำหน้าที่ของครอบครัวที่ดีจะช่วยให้สมาชิก ในครอบครัวสามารถตอบสนองความต้องการ พื้นฐานของตนเองและสามารถดำรงชีวิตอยู่ ในสังคมได้อย่างปกติสุข ในทางกลับกันการ ทำหน้าที่ของครอบครัวที่ไม่เหมาะสมมีผลต่อ ความเปราะบางทางจิตใจของสมาชิกในครอบครัว โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งถ้าในครอบครัวมีผู้ป่วยจิตเภท อาจทำให้ผู้ป่วยมีอาการกำเริบในอัตราสูง บทความ นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอบทบาทของพยาบาล ในการส่งเสริมการทำหน้าที่ของครอบครัวของ ผู้ป่วยจิตเภทที่อยู่ในชุมชน อันจะเกิดผลลัพธ์ที่ดี ต่อคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทต่อไป
