การบำบัดครอบครัว: บทบาทของพยาบาลจิตเวช FAMILY INTERVENTION: ROLES OF PSYCHIATRIC NURSES

บทคัดย่อ

The objective of this article was to present the concepts, the principles, and the evidence in practice of psychiatric nurses’ family intervention. The family intervention was based on the concepts of family system, therapeutic relationship, psychosocial theory, psychoeducation and counseling techniques. The psychiatric nurses’ family intervention begins with the establishing of the therapeutic relationship and exploring problems. The techniques included counseling techniques, psychoeducation, coping skills training, stress management, empowerment, and group therapy. The family interventions showed the efficacy as reducing family caring burden, and reducing the maladaptive family emotional expressions. Leading to reduce patients’ relapse, recurrence and increase patients’ and family’s well being and quality of life. 

บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอ แนวคิด หลักการ และหลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์ ในการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลจิตเวชในการบำบัดครอบครัว ซึ่งการบำบัดครอบครัวนั้นอาศัยพื้นฐานแนวคิด เกี่ยวกับระบบครอบครัว สัมพันธภาพ บำบัด ทฤษฎีทางจิตสังคม สุขภาพจิตศึกษา และ เทคนิคการให้คำปรึกษา โดยพยาบาลจิตเวชเริ่มต้นด้วยการใช้สัมพันธภาพบำบัดในการค้นหาปัญหา ใช้เทคนิคของการให้คำแนะนำปรึกษาครอบครัว การให้ความรู้ทางสุขภาพจิต การฝึกทักษะเผชิญปัญหา การจัดการกับความเครียด การเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจ และการใช้กลุ่มบำบัดครอบครัวมีประสิทธิผลในการลดภาระการดูแลของครอบครัว และลดการแสดงออกทางอารมณ์ที่ไม่เหมาะสมของครอบครัว ซึ่งส่งผลให้ลดอาการกำเริบ และการกลับเป็นซ้ำของผู้ป่วย เพิ่มการดำรงชีวิตอย่างมีความสุข และคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ป่วยและครอบครัว
