ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการรับรู้เหตุการณ์เครียด การสนับสนุนทางสังคม และผลกระทบทางจิตใจในหญิงที่ถูกล่วงละเมิดทางเพศ THE CORRELATION BETWEEN PERCEIVED STRESS EVENTS, SOCIAL SUPPORT AND THE PSYCHOLOGICAL IMPACT OF SEXUALLY ASSAULTED WOMEN

บทคัดย่อ

The purpose of this descriptive correlational research was to 1) explore the perception of stress events, social support, and psychological impact after the sexual assault on women, and 2) examine the correlation between perceived stress events, social support, and the psychological impact of sexually assaulted women. One hundred thirty three sexually assaulted women who met the inclusion criteria were recruited as samples. The research instruments were: 1) personal information 2) the Thai version of the perceived stress scale, 3) social support questionnaire, and 4) the psychological impact of the crisis events. The Thai perceived stress scale verified for structure validity by exploratory factor analysis yielded 2 factor including stress and control with the item loading ranged from 0.547 - 0.881. The social support questionnaire were verified for content validity by fourteenth experts and the psychological impact of the crisis events were verified for content validity by two experts. The Chronbach’s alpha coefficients reliability of the 2nd- 4th questionnaires were .82, .91 and .90 respectively. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient. Major findings were as follows: 1) the average age of sexually assaulted women were on 19.24 years old (SD = 7.62). The mean perceived stress score was at a moderate level (mean = 22.32, SD = 5.48). The mean social support score was at a moderate level (mean = 99.01, SD = 18.17), and the mean psychological impact of the crisis event score was at the high level of psychological distress (mean = 22.78, SD = 10.79). 2) The perceived stress was positively and significantly related to the psychological impact of the crisis events among the sexually assaulted women (r =. 51, p < .01) and social support was negatively and non- significantly related with the psychological impact of the crisis events among these women (r = -.03, p > .05).

การวิจัยพรรณนาเชิงความสัมพันธ์นี้ มี วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการรับรู้เหตุการณ์เครียดการสนับสนุนทางสังคม และผลกระทบทางจิตใจในหญิงที่ถูกล่วงละเมิดทางเพศ 2) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของการรับรู้เหตุการณ์เครียด การสนับสนุนทางสังคม และผลกระทบทางจิตใจในหญิงที่ถูกล่วงละเมิดทางเพศ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือหญิงที่ถูกล่วงละเมิดทางเพศจำนวน138คนที่ได้รับการคัดเลือกตามเกณฑ์ เครื่องมือในการวิจัย คือ 1) แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล 2) แบบวัดการรับรู้เหตุการณ์เครียด ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงโครงสร้างด้วยวิธีการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ สกัดปัจจัยได้ 2 ปัจจัย คือ stress และ control มีค่าน้ำหนักปัจจัยอยู่ในช่วง 0.547 - 0.881 3) แบบวัดการสนับสนุนทางสังคม ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 14 ท่าน และ 4) แบบประเมินผลกระทบทางจิตใจหลังเกิดเหตุการณ์วิกฤต ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 2 ท่าน และค่าความเที่ยงสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาครอนบราคของเครื่องมือชุดที่ 2 - 4 เท่ากับ .82, .94 และ .90 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติบรรยาย การคำนวณหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน

ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) หญิงที่ถูกล่วงละเมิด ทางเพศ มีอายุเฉลี่ย 19.24 ปี (SD = 7.62) มีการรับรู้เหตุการณ์เครียดโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (Mean=22.32,SD=5.48)การสนับสนุนทางสังคมโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (Mean = 99.01, SD = 18.17) และผลกระทบทางจิตใจโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับความทุกข์ทรมานจิตใจมาก (Mean = 22.78, SD = 10.79) 2) การรับรู้เหตุการณ์เครียด มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับผลกระทบทางจิตใจ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 (r = .51) ส่วนการสนับสนุนทางสังคม มีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบ กับผล กระทบทางจิตใจหลังเกิดเหตุการณ์วิกฤต อย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r = -.03, p > .05)
