Abstract

The objective of this research was to study the model of oral health promotion elderly clubs in Amnatcharoen province by results of operations to oral health promotion was proceeded in 2014 with all 41 elderly clubs. It was found that number of club members most members are between 51 - 80 peoples accounted for 39.02 %. As a Former official of 34 persons accounted for 82.92%. Oral health promotion in elderly clubs is a period of operations of the club more than 5 years accounted for 58.54 %, followed by the 3-4 year 31.71 %. Each elderly club has organized activities to promote oral health as vocal elderly/dental personnel. Taught to brush their teeth properly. Oral examination Elementary Forward seniors who do not have teeth to severe the Royal denture project. The environment is conducive to promoting oral health by leading the club with dental personnel. In the province of organized knowledge sharing to promote the oral health of the elderly each district every year. Is showing innovative work in promoting oral health. There are specialty physicians to educate the elderly on health care. By name "Festival to promote oral health for the elderly" making each member club to learn proper oral health care for themselves and their community context. The club has a strong leader or president. To promote the oral health regularly and continuously. With innovation at the local wisdom. And activities that help build relationships between members of the club. Causing the stream to be involved in the community. Helped propel the elderly clubs are the promotion of oral health, dental personnel, with a strong social support.
