บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย (descriptive research) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสามารถในการทำนายของปัจจัยภายในและปัจจัยภายนอกที่มีต่อการใช้กระบวนการพยาบาลของพยาบาลในโรงพยาบาลสระบุรี โดยปัจจัยภายใน ได้แก่ อายุ ตำแหน่ง ระดับการศึกษา การอบรมเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการพยาบาล ระยะเวลาในการทำงาน ความรู้เกี่ยวกับกระบวนการพยาบาล และเจตคติต่อกระบวนการพยาบาล ส่วนปัจจัยภายนอก ได้แก่ ชนิดของหอผู้ป่วย นโยบายการใช้กระบวนการพยาบาลของหน่วยงาน ลักษณะงานหลักที่ทำ การจัดการเรียนการสอนกระบวนการพยาบาลในหลักสูตร และปัญหาอุปสรรคในการใช้กระบวนการพยาบาลกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นพยาบาลวิชาชีพของโรงพยาบาลสระบุรี จำนวน 433 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติเชิงอนุมานคือ สถิติถดถอยพหุแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยของคะแนนความรู้เกี่ยวกับกระบวนการพยาบาลโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง มีเจตคติต่อกระบวนการพยาบาลโดยรวมในทิศทางบวก มีการใช้กระบวนการพยาบาลโดยรวมในระดับมาก และมีปัญหาอุปสรรคในการใช้กระบวนการพยาบาลโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่าเจตคติต่อกระบวนการพยาบาล ลักษณะงานหลักที่ทำ ปัญหาอุปสรรคในการใช้กระบวนการพยาบาลและชนิดของหอผู้ป่วยเป็นตัวแปรที่สามารถทำนายการใช้กระบวนการพยาบาลของพยาบาลได้ร้อยละ 27.4 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ดังนั้นผู้ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องจึงควรมีการดำเนินการพัฒนาให้พยาบาลมีความรู้ความเข้าใจที่ถูกต้องเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการพยาบาลให้เพิ่มมากขึ้นรวมทั้งควรพัฒนาระบบบริหารจัดการเพื่อลดปัญหาอุปสรรคในการใช้กระบวนการพยาบาลของพยาบาลในโรงพยาบาลสระบุรี

Abstract

The objective of this descriptive research was to determine the predictingability of internal and external factors on the nursing process utilization by nurses inSaraburi Hospital. The internal factors were age, position, educational level, training onthe nursing process, duration in service, knowledge of the nursing process, and attitudestowards the nursing process. The external factors were characteristics of the ward, policyon the nursing process utilization, policy on using nursing process, characteristics ofthe tasks, course set up on nursing process, and problems and obstacles in nursingprocess. The sample consisted of 433 professional nurses in Saraburi Hospital. Thedata were collected using a questionnaire, then analyzed using descriptive statistics andthe inferential statistics of stepwise multiple regression analysis. The analysis revealedthat the level of knowledge on nursing process was moderate; the attitude toward thenursing process was in the positive direction; the level of nursing process utilization washigh; while the problem was relatively moderate. Moreover, it revealed that attitudestoward the nursing process, characteristics of the tasks, problems and obstacles usingthe nursing process, and characteristics of the ward accounted for 27.4% of variancein the nursing process utilization of nurses at Saraburi Hospital. Therefore, the keyperson who is responsible for nursing organization should develop and manage thenursing system by aiming to increase the level of knowledge of the nursing process, andminimize problems and obstacles in using the nursing process.
