บทคัดย่อ

Leukemia Cutis is the infiltration of neoplastic leukocytes or their precursors into the epidermis, the dermis, or the subcutis, resulting in clinically identifiable cutaneous lesions. The incidence of leukemia cutis is not clear. The pathophysiology underlying the specific migration of leukemic cells to the skin is not clear. There are many cutaneous manifestations of leukemia cutis but more specific and most common lesions are typically papules and nodules. Skin biopsy with appropriate immunohistochemical staining is the key to diagnosis. The appearance of leukemia cutis generally represents a poor prognostic sign. The mainstay treatment should be directed at eradicating the systemic underlying (underlying systemic) by systemic chemotherapy.
