A PHYSICAL EDUCATION LEARNING MANAGEMENT MODEL TO PROMOTE CREATIVITY AND INNOVATION AND HEALTH - RELATED PHYSICAL FITNESS OF SECONDARY SCHOOL STUDENTS

Abstract

This research aims to create a physical education learning management model based on the crystallization learning concept and brainstorming concept to promote creativity, innovation, and health-related physical fitness among secondary school students. The research process is divided into 5 steps: 1) Review relevant documents and research 2) Analysis and identification of the components of the learning management model 3) Analysis of key concepts related to crystallized learning and brainstorming 4) Synthesis and construction of the components of the physical education learning management model 5) Evaluation of the quality of the physical education learning management model by assessing the consistency of the model using a specific evaluation form. The research findings revealed that the physical education learning management model to promote creativity, innovation, and health-related physical fitness of secondary school students consisted of 4 components: 1) Principles of the model 2) Objectives of the model 3) Learning management steps of the model 4) Evaluation of the model. The quality assessment results showed that the model had a high level of appropriateness, with an average score of 4.9, indicating very high suitability. The consistency index of the model was 0.98. In conclusion, the proposed learning management model is of high quality and could be used to promote creativity and innovation, and physical fitness related to the health of secondary school students.
