SETTING UP PSYCHOLOGICAL LEARNING ENVIRONMENT IN THAILAND NATIONAL SPORTS UNIVERSITY PHETCHABUN CAMPUS

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to study and comparison of the setting up psychological learning environment classified by educational level, teaching experience, educational category taught, and academic position. The sample was 36 teachers at Thailand National Sports University Phetchabun Campus from Stratified Random Sampling using faculties (Faculty of Sports Science and Health, Faculty of Liberal Arts, and Faculty of Education) as strata and Simple Random Sampling in each group. The research instrument included the setting up psychological learning environment questionnaire. The results of the research showed that the setting up psychological learning environment was found as whole and individual aspects were at many levels by descending order of mean: Social relations in the classroom, Organizing the learning environment, Choosing learning media, and teaching techniques respectively. When comparing the arrangement of the setting up psychological learning environment by one-way ANOVA, it was found that the teachers with different educational levels, educational categories taught, and academic positions showed no difference in the setting up psychological learning environment. The teachers with different teaching experiences showed differences in setting up a psychological learning environment at a .05 level of significance. When considering each aspect, it were found that the social relationships in the classroom was difference at a .05 level of significance.
