Main Article Content
Abstract
This research aimed to 1) study the supervision conditions of pre-service teacher professional experience practices, 2) develop a supervision model based on the concept of blended learning in social media technology integrated, and 3) evaluate the effectiveness of the supervision model based on the concept of blended learning in social media technology pre-service teacher professional experience practices. The research was conducted in 3 phases: Phase 1 studied the supervision conditions of pre-service teacher professional experience practices, collecting data from 732 and 218 students and supervisors from the Faculty of Education, Thailand National Sports University, and 559 mentors teachers using questionnaires. Phase 2 developed the model and evaluated the student teacher characteristics after using the model using the teacher characteristics evaluation form. Phase 3 evaluated the effectiveness, collecting data from 98 and 22 students and supervisors from the Faculty of Education, Thailand National Sports University, and 42 mentors teachers using the efficiency evaluation form and satisfaction evaluation form. Data were collected in the second semester of the 2022 academic year.
The research results found that 1) Opinions on the actual model and the expected model were statistically insignificantly different at the .05 level, with the expected model being higher than the actual model. 2) The model was developed by applying Google Classroom in supervision. The teacher characteristics of student teachers after using the model based on the concept of blended learning in social media technology integrated were assessed at a very high level. 3) The effectiveness and satisfaction of the model users after using the supervision model based on the concept of blended learning in social media technology integrated were at the highest level in both issues.
